Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) provide potential buyers with information detailing how energy efficient a property is, how it can be improved and how much money this could save.

It is a legal requirement to order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants prior to marketing a property for sale or rent. Not having an EPC when required can lead to a fine.

An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and it is valid for 10 years.

An EPC can only be provided by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and we can provide access to the largest resource of Domestic Energy Assessors in the UK which means we can service virtually the whole country. An EPC can be ordered separately or as part of a package that can include floor plans and a range of photography options.
